I started my career in the music industry, spending more than a decade at Universal and Warner Bros. as a record label executive. It was intense and high stakes. Days were spent negotiating deals, managing artists, and solving problems. Nights were spent in clubs, discovering new talent and supporting the artists I represented. That world taught me how to stay calm under pressure, advocate fiercely, and deliver when it counted.

Fifteen years ago, I brought that same skill set into real estate. It was not a whim. It felt like a natural evolution. I have always been drawn to helping people find where they truly belong, and real estate sits at the intersection of strategy, lifestyle, design, and investment. It also offered what I value most: meaningful, long-term relationships built on trust.

Since then, I have focused on the neighborhoods I know best: Brownstone Brooklyn. Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Windsor Terrace, Crown Heights, Cobble Hill, and all the surrounding communities have been home for more than twenty years. I have guided first-time buyers, longtime homeowners, and investors through one of the most competitive markets in the country, representing more than $150M in closed sales and leasing over 100 apartments.

Brooklyn is where my wife and I have raised our two daughters, where we spend Saturday mornings volunteering at CHiPS in Park Slope, and where I have built my business around transparency, preparation, and trust. I believe in doing the work, knowing the market cold, and giving clients clear, honest guidance, whether the news is exciting or inconvenient.

When I am not touring brownstones or showing apartments, you will probably find me on a basketball court, digging into a new book, or making a new playlist I am convinced everyone should hear. My goal is not simply to complete transactions. It is to create clarity, reduce stress, and help clients move forward with confidence, whether they are buying their first home or selling a brownstone they have owned for decades.
